This is an exclusively-written book that tells the story of parents waiting for their child. It is an open story in that you can write as much information as you wish in the telling of the story, making it extremely personal. We will write the story and include the specific information you wish or you can write the whole story expressing exactly what you want to tell your child.

Example of illustrations in book (we can also scan your pictures to follow the storyline)

The pages are laid out with text on one side and photo/illustration facing text.

Your photographs can be used in place of the illustrations.

This book has been created especially for families adopting children of all ages as well as across ethnic backgrounds, or it can be written for a family wanting their biological child to know how special they are.

Please allow extra time for the individual storyline, illustrations or picture scans created for each book.

Illustrations are done in colored pencil, watercolor or pastels following the storyline. As certain illustrations are individually drawn for each book, this may increase the delivery time. Photographs can be emailed and placed into the storyline, if preferred. If photos cannot be emailed, they can be sent to our address (the photos will be returned with the completed book). This makes the book a one-of-a-kind treasure.
